Temple of She is a candlelit sanctuary where women gather to move, rest and be celebrated.
Rooted in earth based wisdom and the natural rhythms of women’s lives, this is a space to slow down, reconnect with your body and leave the outside world at the door.
Through yoga, Qigong, sound, ritual, bodywork and women’s gatherings, you are welcomed exactly as you are.
No pressure to perform. No expectation to be anything other than yourself.
